Water Treatment Plants
Maintaining consistent water quality and chemical dosing

At Orient Engineering Services, we provide advanced Automatic Water Treatment Controllers designed to monitor and regulate water treatment processes with precision and reliability. These controllers help industries maintain consistent water quality, reduce chemical waste, and improve system efficiency. Our controllers are powered by LMI Milton Roy, a globally recognized manufacturer of chemical dosing and controllers. Known for its innovation and reliability, LMI provides intelligent control systems that allow industries to automate and optimize their water treatment operations. With user-friendly interfaces, advanced monitoring capabilities, and reliable performance, our water treatment controllers ensure accurate chemical dosing and real-time control of pH, conductivity & ORP across a wide range of industrial water applications.
We offer a range of LMI LIQUITRON™ automatic water treatment controllers designed for different water treatment monitoring and control requirements.
The LIQUITRON™ DC4500 Series Conductivity Controller is a microprocessor-based control system designed for a wide variety of water treatment applications. It monitors conductivity levels and automatically controls chemical dosing to maintain optimal water quality. The DC4500 controller provides a set point and relay for conductivity control along with flexible timer functions to manage chemical addition, including dual biocide control. Pumps can be operated in ON/OFF mode or external trigger mode, allowing flexible operation depending on system requirements. The controller features an intuitive programming interface that requires only three keys, making it simple to configure and operate. A backlit LCD display clearly shows operating conditions and equipment status, giving operators complete control over the water treatment process.
The LIQUITRON™ DP5000 Series is a dual-channel pH controller designed to precisely monitor and control pH levels in industrial water treatment systems. The controller provides either relay outputs or proportional pulse outputs to operate chemical metering pumps for accurate dosing. Its custom backlit display continuously provides information about system conditions, making monitoring simple and efficient. The intuitive navigation system allows users to easily configure control settings and operating parameters. Advanced programmable features such as high and low alarm points, delay timers, and limit timers make the DP5000 one of the most flexible and adaptive pH controllers available for industrial water treatment applications.
The LIQUITRON™ DR5000 Series is a dual-channel ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) controller designed for demanding industrial ORP control applications. It is commonly used in industries such as metal finishing, water treatment, printed circuit board manufacturing, and waste treatment. The DR5000 is a microprocessor-based ORP controller equipped with a customized backlit display and tactile keypad for easy operation and programming. This controller allows independent programming of control methods, enabling operators to choose ON/OFF or proportional control for dosing either reducing agents or oxidizing agents. This flexibility ensures precise ORP control and improved chemical efficiency in water treatment systems.
Our Automatic Water Treatment Controllers are widely used in industries that require precise monitoring and control of water chemistry, including:
Maintaining consistent water quality and chemical dosing
Monitoring and controlling water chemistry in industrial production
Ensuring strict water quality standards
Managing water treatment processes in production and refining
Controlling pH and chemical levels in processing water
